Volunteering for Reachout Radio

Volunteers are the lifeblood of WXXI Reachout Radio. Although most volunteers read for Reachout Radio, volunteers are also used for office support, mailings, special events and special projects. Reader auditions are scheduled at the mutual convenience of the studio schedule and the applicant.
NOTE: All volunteer work takes place at WXXI's studios at 280 State Street in Rochester, NY. At this time there are no volunteer opportunities outside of Rochester.
Reachout Radio's hours of operation are:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
